Travel Tips: Be respectful of the people and places you visit. When the sign says 'no photography', it means no photography. Remember, you don't always need a photograph to capture a memory of a beautiful place!
Favourite Place to Travel: Every country I've visited has a special memory, but one of my favourites is Moorea in French Polynesia. The lush greenery, jagged peaked mountains and the azure blue sea surrounding the sea-foam green lagoon equals paradise. The Polynesian people are friendly, gentle people and make you want to stay. Best pineapple ever!!
Best Travel Moment: There are a few that stand out for me….
Landing by helicopter on the Mendenhall Glacier in Alaska – Very Cool
Walking through the ancient city of Ephesus, Turkey – whose ruins are over 3,000 years old – No Words
Being lowered 120 metres into a magma chamber of the dormant Thrihnukagigur Volcano in Iceland – WOW!
Then there was that moment with a Leopard in the Serengeti – Pinch Me
And recently, a ride up to the 154th floor of tallest structure in the world. Burj Khalifa, Dubai – Yowza!  
Favourite Customer Story or Moment: I’ve been privileged to work with so many wonderful customers over the years, it’s hard to pick one moment. I do love when families take their first trip to Disneyland or Disney World. The excitement of the kids when they tell you they are going to meet Mickey Mouse melts my heart.
Favourite Type of Cuisine: Haggis anyone?

Favourite Staff Party Moment: There was that experience with a ghost on the 8th floor of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel……
