I have been planning trips for both work and pleasure for approx. 10 yrs now. All have been with Melissa Hernandez,(who I consider not only my travel agent but my friend) Booking corporate travel from all parts of North America to my personal Caribbean vacations, and even home to Newfoundland to visit family, (which I could just book myself), however, Melissa has taken care of absolutely everything I ever need, if there are situations with weather, need changes etc, Melissa has made it happen for me with no worries or stress.
Working with Melissa is so easy! She listens to what I want, presents multiple options and takes the headache out of planning. I love it... she makes traveling so easy as the guess work is eliminated for me!
This year Melissa put together my first ever SOLO trip to Dominican Republic and it was amazing as I thought it would be of course Thanks to Melissa for making this trip my 45th birthday gift to myself one to never forget…
I could not imagine myself booking anything without calling Melissa first, she is so helpful, she knows exactly how picky of a person I am and what I need. She also gives me options for each airline and travel company with the best prices and routes. She is on top of it and the knowledge she has is exactly why I call her my travel agent.. Never a disappointment ever!!
I don’t have to do anything but tell her what I want and my budget. Melissa makes it happen with choices and options for me.
What other travel agent works and tends to her clients right before she's leaving on a trip with her family?!? She does! I can't thank her enough for always helping me.

FOUR FULL DAYS IN NEW YORK

Travelled to New York to attend three games between the Yankees and the Boston Red Sox. Also visited the 911 memorial museum, Freedom Tower, Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Complex, city sightseeing on the open air double decker bus and toured Time Square where my hotel was located.

We had a fantastic time, everything was arranged by Top of the World Travel, I arrived at hotel and all passes and tickets were waiting for me. It really took all the stress out of organizing the trip myself as this was the first time I visited the “Big Apple”. I was able to relax before the trip and arrived to my hotel rested and ready to explore the wonders of New York.

Melissa was amazing with helping us book and organize our wedding! We had a group of approximately 40 people and everything went off without a hitch. Melissa worked hard to help us get the best deal possible and ensure all of our guests were happy. When there was a last minute cancellation of one of our flights (which could have been very stressful), Melissa had worked out a solution before we even knew there was a problem. MY TRIP TO IRELAND WAS AMAZING

My trip to Ireland was AMAZING. The tour was AWESOME. The guide I had was amazing. The hotels and food were great. I didn't want it to end.
I would book the same tour again in a heartbeat.

I had a great experience booking my travel with you, for me speaking with a real person took the stress out of trying to make sure my daughter were on the same flights and sitting side by side. Our flights were arranged so that there was not a mad dash between terminals, and they worked with or schedules.
